Dear Peter I'd like to personally thank you for your hard work and effort in selling my investment unit in Penrith. As you are aware it had been on the market for 3 months prior to being with L.J. Hooker with another (cheaper) agent. Even though the previous agent managed to find me a buyer they weren't able to put the deal together due to a negative "Building Report" which was out of my control as it was a 'strata issue'. So I decided to spend a little money on the unit internally to make it look a little more appealing to the eye and listed it with you because I knew and trusted you. Not only did you find me another buyer within a few weeks you also negotiated a price of $10,000 more than the first buyer from the previous agent offered. Over the past 3 months we were looking to buy another house and naturally had seen many agents.
