A very professional team to deal with. Nothing is too hard and responsiveness is spot on. Steve and Rhys only had the house on the market for a few days before securing a buyer and selling the property, while other properties surrounding have been on the market for a significant period of time. It should also be noted that this was while interest rate rises were imminent and the market was declining, all whilst still getting the price I wanted.

Tony was amazing from the beginning, he was excellent with communication and made himself available for me to contact him with any questions I had regarding the process from the very start. Tony was very lovely with my tenant who had lived in the unit for a long time and kept him informed throughly throughout the time it took to have open inspections etc.

He was professional throughout and I could not rate him higher, if my unit had not sold I definitely would have used LJHooker going forward to lease it through based on my experience with Tony.
