I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Stephen and Rhys Thomas from LJ Hooker Penrith, this father and son duo are quite possibly the most amazing, friendly and easily approachable people I have met, you don't get this sort of customer service and experience from anyone anymore. Steve and Rhys took the time to go over their services and answer my question,

Steve and Rhys only had the house on the market for a few days before securing a buyer and selling the property, while other properties surrounding have been on the market for a significant period of time. It should also be noted that this was while interest rate rises were imminent and the market was declining, all whilst still getting the price I wanted.

Tony was amazing from the beginning, he was excellent with communication and made himself available for me to contact him with any questions I had regarding the process from the very start. Tony was very lovely with my tenant who had lived in the unit for a long time and kept him informed throughly throughout the time it took to have open inspections etc.

He was professional throughout and I could not rate him higher, if my unit had not sold I definitely would have used LJHooker going forward to lease it through based on my experience with Tony.
